August 2, 2013 First Friday Art Walk



Escape the summer heat by visiting Amiro Art & Found and viewing  their cool collection of artwork during the August 2, 2013 First Friday Art Walk. The gallery is located at 9C Aviles Street on the nation’s oldest street. Amiro offers a unique collection of functional and whimsical artistic creations, including fine art, folk art and everything in between. Amiro will be open until 9:00p.m. during the Art Walk, with the added enticement of refreshing libations  and light snacks.



 
Amiro Art & Found features the diverse and ever changing artwork of a core group of artists, as well as the work of an evolving roster of guest artists. Ginny Bullard, Estella Fransbergen, Deane Kellogg, Wendy Mandel McDaniel, Jan Tomlinson Master, and  Marcia Myrick Siany have  filled the gallery with an eclectic and colorful array of jewelry, mosaic creations, pottery, sculpture, vintage finds, paintings, and mixed media collages. Guest artists Steve Lohman, Hiromi Moneyhun, and Alexander Wilds will also be on display this month.
